Earlier this month we asked you for your best pumpkin seed recipes. Pumpkin seeds are full of omega-3s and are an excellent source of vitamin E, which supports healthy vision. We were so impressed by all of the creative ideas that were shared. Here are some of our favourite toasting recipes to help you make use of your seeds after pumpkin carving!

1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
