Our employee of the month, Katia Mékaoui, is a clinic coach at the Visique - Saint-Denis location. Thanks to her great ability to listen and her hyperdeveloped empathy, Katia goes beyond the needs of patients and does everything in her power to resolve every situation. For example, a few weeks ago, a long-time client came to the clinic, discouraged because of adjustments needed for her glasses. Katia, an optician by training, was able to find a solution in just a few minutes, but the patient had to return to the clinic to get her glasses a few days later. The problem: the patient, a resident of the Anjou district, did not want to come back to rue Saint-Denis to pick up her glasses. Katia understood the inconvenience and kindly offered to deliver the glasses directly to her home. What a surprise for the customer who was taken aback by her offer. Katia is the definition of VIsique’s added value—doing everything possible to satisfy patients. She even manages to go above and beyond. We sat down with Katia to learn a little more about her.
