Dr. Sandra Cozzetto was born and raised in Windsor Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Windsor and went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry degree with Honours at the University of Waterloo in 2000. She completed an Ocular Pathology and Therapeutics externship at Southern Eye Associates in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Cozzetto has volunteered with Eye Care International on a mission trip to rural Mexico.Dr. Cozzetto currently volunteers for the Ontario Association of Optometrists as the Windsor/Essex County representative for the Eye-See-Eye-Learn (ESEL) program. ESEL promotes eye exams for children before entering junior kindergarten to ensure children are well equipped to succeed.
Dr. Cozzetto sees patients at both our Windsor and LaSalle locations. She offers exams in English and Italian.
Dr. John Mastronardi was born and raised in Leamington, Ontario. He completed both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry Degree (1996) from the University of Waterloo. He completed an externship in Ocular Diseases and Therapeutics at the Vitreo-Retinal Foundation, an eye hospital in Memphis,Tennessee. Dr. Mastronardi has volunteered on numerous eye care missions to third world regions in Central America to provide donated eyeglasses to the visually impaired. Dr. Mastronardi is dedicated to serving his patients and profession. He has served as the president of the Ontario Association of Optometrists from 2009 to 2011. During his tenure as president, he helped lead the Association during the final stages of enacting a new Ontario regulation in 2011 that today allows optometrists to prescribe medications for patients with eye disease. Dr. Mastronardi currently sits on the council for the Canadian Association of Optometrists to help raise awareness of optometry services across the country.

Dr. Robert Nichols was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. He completed both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry Degrees from the University of Waterloo. He completed an externship in Ocular Diseases and Therapeutics at the Baylor Eye Clinic in Houston Texas.
Upon graduation in 1996, Dr. Nichols moved back to Windsor and established his practice in Devonshire Mall. In 2011, he joined Windsor Eyecare Centre where he continues to offer dedicated and comprehensive eye care to all of his patients.

Dr. Cathy Adams was born and raised in Cambridge, Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Guelph in 1992 and went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Waterloo in 1996. Dr. Adams completed training in Ocular Disease and Therapeutics at the Omni Eye Specialists Center in Denver, Colorado. She also completed a clinic externship at the renowned Gimbel Eye Centre in Calgary. Dr. Adams has volunteered on various eyeglass missions to Central America.
She currently sits on the Ontario College of Optometrists' Quality Assurance committee and is responsible for ensuring quality of care standards are met across the province.
When not at work, Dr. Adams enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Dr. Dino Mastronardi was born and raised in Leamington, Ontario. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree, with Honours in Mathematics, at the University of Windsor and went on to complete a Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo in 2001. He completed an Ocular Pathology and Therapeutics externship at Vision Centers of America in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Mastronardi has volunteered with Eye Care International to provide eyecare to those in need in rural Mexico. In early 2010, Dr. Mastronardi was elected to the Council of the College of Optometrists of Ontario, where he also sits on the Quality Assurance Committee. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Dr. Sandra Cozzetto and their three children.

La Dre Ada Lai est née à Hong Kong et a déménagé à Windsor à l'âge de 7 ans. Elle a terminé ses études de premier cycle en sciences générales à l'Université de Windsor, où elle a reçu la médaille académique du Gouverneur général, puis completé son diplôme en optométrie à l'Université de Waterloo en 2007, où elle a obtenu son diplôme en figurant sur la liste d’honneur du doyen des sciences et a reçu le prix Clinical Excellence dans le domaine des lentilles de contact. La Dre Lai a suivi sa formation sur les maladies oculaires et la thérapeutique aux Houston Eye Assosciates au Texas. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme, elle est retournée chez elle à Windsor où elle pratique depuis. La Dre Lai s’engage à fournir des soins optométriques exceptionnels et se réjouit de pouvoir aider les patients de tous âges à satisfaire leurs besoins spécifiques en matière de santé visuelle et oculaire.
