How it works
Share ambassador cards + coupons
You’ll receive Ambassador Cards and Coupons from our clinic. Simply write your name and our clinic's name on the back in the “Referred By” section, and give these to friends or family who are new to our clinic.
Friends redeem the card
When your friend brings the Ambassador Card to their appointment, they will receive a $50 credit.
Earn recognition
Once your friend redeems their card, we’ll add a note to your account acknowledging your referral. You’ll also receive a certificate listing your friend’s name and the clinic they visited.
