Meet Our Optometrists

Luc Boudreau
Dr. Luc Boudreau is originally from Shediac, NB. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree from "Université de Moncton" in the year 2004, he pursued his studies to obtain his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Montreal in May 2009.
He currently practises in  Moncton, Petitcodiac, and Amherst.
Daniel Fletcher
Dr. Daniel Fletcher is originally from Fredericton, NB. After graduating from the University Of Waterloo School of Optometry in 1993, he practised in Nova Scotia for four years.
In 1996, he joined Dr. Michael Naugle in Moncton after the retirement of Dr. Robert Bell. Dr. Fletcher currently practises in both Moncton and Petitcodiac and is a certified therapeutic optometrist.
Diane Collin
Dr. Diane Collin is originally from Edmundston, NB. She obtained her Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Moncton in 1982 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Montreal in 1986. She is a recipient of the Dr. Barnes Bell award from the NB Association of Optometrists.

Dr. Collin is a certified therapeutic optometrist. After practising optometry in Riverview for 15 years, she joined Alliance Vision Clinic in October, 2002. She currently practises at the Moncton and Dieppe locations.
Jean-Guy Leger
Dr. Jean-Guy Léger is originally from Richibouctou-Village, NB. After receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 1985, he worked briefly on a school screening program. He then joined the practice of Dr. Léonide Desjardins as an associate with whom he practiced for ten years. When Dr. Desjardins retired in 1996, Dr. Léger formed a partnership with Dr. Serge Richard.

Dr. Léger is a certified therapeutic optometrist and practises at our Moncton, Dieppe and Springhill locations.
Michael Naugle
Dr. Michael Naugle, a native of Fredericton, NB, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from the University of New Brunswick and attained his Doctorate of Optometry with honours from the University of Waterloo in 1992.

He practised in New Glasgow, NS for over a year before joining the Moncton, NB practice of Dr. Robert Bell in 1994. Dr. Naugle was joined by Dr. Daniel Fletcher 2 years later and in 2000 they merged with Drs. Leger and Richard to form Alliance Vision Clinic at its present location.

In 2008, Alliance Vision Clinic merged with FYidoctors, a national group of independent optometrists, and he has been Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company since its inception. He is also the past president of the NB Association of Optometrists and resides in Shediac with his wife and two children.

Dr. Naugle is a certified therapeutic optometrist and he currently practises at Alliance Vision Clinic in Moncton and FYidoctors Amherst.
Serge Richard
Dr. Serge Richard is originally from Shediac and resides in Dieppe, NB. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Montreal in 1994. Upon Dr. Léonide Desjardins's retirement in 1996, Dr. Richard practiced optometry in partnership with Dr. Jean-Guy Léger. In 2000, Dr. Richard became a partner in forming Alliance Vision Clinic.

Dr. Richard is a certified therapeutic optometrist. He currently practices in our Moncto and Dieppe locations. Special interests include LASER vision correction, dry eye evaluation and treatment, and primary eye care, including children.
