2026 B.C. Pay Transparency Report
Our people. Our commitment to fair pay.
Enhancing lives starts with the people within FYidoctors who make it possible. Across the organization, our team members bring skill, dedication and care to their work every day. We believe their contributions deserve fair recognition and opportunities to grow.
Our approach to compensation centers on the work people do, the responsibilities they carry, and the experience they bring. We are continuing to strengthen our compensation framework, which includes how we define roles, use market information, and support consistent pay decisions.
Publishing our B.C. Pay Transparency Report supports this work by making information about gender and pay openly available. The 2026 report covers our B.C. team members, using payroll information from January 1 to December 31, 2025. It presents differences in hourly pay, overtime and bonuses, together with gender representation across hourly pay quartiles.
These measures provide an overall view of our reporting workforce. The report brings together team members in different occupations and at different levels of responsibility; they do not compare women and men performing the same or comparable work. Differences in workforce composition can influence the results, and understanding the factors behind our figures requires further analysis.
We take that responsibility seriously. The report provides a foundation for asking informed questions about pay and career opportunities, and for identifying where closer review is needed.
Unity, Courage, Growth, Care and Integrity guide how we serve our patients and support our people. Those values also guide our commitment to fair compensation and openness about our progress.
