Contactless Curbside Pickup
We are taking many precautionary measures to prevent the transfer of COVID-19 to you and your loved ones.
As healthcare providers, we take the global concern about COVID-19 very seriously. We are doing whatever it takes to ensure that both your eye and overall health needs are attended to at this time. Social distancing should not compromise your ability to see clearly.
We are happy to now offer contactless curbside pickup at most of our locations. All you need to do is call the clinic upon arrival, and your product will be delivered to you outside in a tray or basket. All glasses and contact lenses are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a member of our team before being delivered, including frames, lenses, cases and boxes.
If you receive your glasses and they do not fit properly, please contact us by phone or email and we will do everything we can to address your concern. We will assess on a case-by-case basis whether it is safe to drop them off at the clinic, or if we will need to schedule an appointment once regular operations resume.
It is of utmost importance that you feel supported by FYidoctors throughout these unprecedented times. If you have any inquiries regarding your eye health, including prescription or eyewear needs, please know that we are here to answer them anytime by phone or email.

Keefer Place Optometry, Partners of FYidoctors has been providing a full range of optometry services for over 15 years, with staff fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Meet Our Optometrists
Karen Chan
Karen Chan
Dr. Karen Chan obtained her Bachelor of Arts & Science from McGill University prior to completing her Doctorate of Optometry at the Pacific University College of Optometry. She has had the privilege of working with a variety of patients ranging from veterans at the Spokane VA Medical Center to pilots at the Hill Air Force Base in Utah. She has also worked alongside several retinal specialists and surgical co-management practices in Washington State. Her clinical and personal experiences have led her to take special interests in ocular disease and orthokeratology.
During her time at Pacific University, Dr. Chan served as the Vice President of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honour Society and participated in two eye care mission trips to Senegal, Africa as part of the Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity organization. She looks forward to participating in more outreach trips to provide care to additional underserved populations. Dr. Chan is a proponent of patients being the number one defender of their vision and is always ready to equip patients with the knowledge and resources to maintain happy and healthy eyes.
Dr. Chan loves exploring new places and trying new things. When not examining eyes, she enjoys running, rock climbing, cozying up with a good book, and mentoring cadets in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets youth program. Dr. Chan is currently a member of the British Columbia Doctors of Optometry and Canadian Association of Optometrists and speaks fluent Cantonese.
Raymond Chow
Raymond Chow
Dr. Raymond Chow is from Vancouver, BC and attended the University of British Columbia Science Faculty before attending the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science, where he obtained his Doctorate. He volunteered in Northern Ontario during this time and upon graduating worked at the Sault St. Marie Hospital Clinic before returning to his hometown to practice permanently.
Dr. Chow is proud to be an eye care professional, with over 35 years of experience as an optometrist, 20 of which have been spent at his current location in Crosstown, next to Rogers Arena. As a primary care provider, he strongly believes in educating his patients on the importance of eye examinations and screening for the prevention of eye disease. Dr. Chow is dedicated to providing his patients with the most up-to-date technologies and therapies. He co-manages for laser surgery, and specializes in orthokeratology (Ortho-K), which helps to eliminate myopia (near-sightedness) using specialty contact lenses as overnight retainers.
In his spare time, Dr. Chow enjoys golfing, hiking, snowboarding and tennis. He is also an avid fan of football and hockey—especially if the Vancouver Canucks are playing.
