I-LID ’N LASH® HOCL Cleansing Spray is a convenient, water-based lid and lash hygiene spray formulated with 0.02% pure hypochlorous acid (HOCl). Designed for daily use, it gently cleanses and hydrates the eyelids and eyelashes to support optimal lid health—without the need to rinse or wipe off.
HOCl is a naturally occurring substance produced by the body as part of its defense mechanism. This high-purity, non-toxic formulation helps manage bacterial overload associated with conditions such as blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), demodex, and dry eye, while remaining safe for sensitive skin.
Manufactured in Canada by I-MED Pharma in a Health Canada–licensed facility following strict GMP guidelines, this spray can be used on its own or in combination with I-LID ’N LASH® wipes or pump cleanser as part of a complete eyelid hygiene routine.

How to Use:

Wash hands before use
-
For best results, cleanse first with I-LID ’N LASH® wipes or pump to remove debris

Spray once onto the closed eye and allow to air dry OR Spray onto a clean cotton pad and gently wipe the eyelids
-
Repeat for the second eye using a clean cotton pad if applicable

Can be used morning and night, and throughout the day as needed
