Systane ® Complete 10 mL is an all-in-one lubricating eye drop designed to relieve mild to moderate dry eye symptoms, including irritated, tired, or uncomfortable eyes. Its advanced formula works across all layers of the tear film to restore moisture, protect the ocular surface, and provide long-lasting comfort.
Using nano-droplet technology, SYSTANE Complete helps replenish and stabilize the tear film, supporting relief for aqueous-deficient, evaporative, and mixed dry eye. The multi-dose Drop-Tainer™ bottle delivers consistent dosing and is suitable for everyday use.
This preserved formulation contains a very low concentration of POLYQUAD™ (0.001%), offering effective product protection while remaining gentle on the eyes. The 10 mL bottle can be used for up to 6 months after opening, provided it has not expired.
It may be used before inserting contact lenses or after removal.
What’s the difference between SYSTANE Complete and SYSTANE Complete Preservative-Free?
SYSTANE Complete is a preserved formulation containing a very small amount of POLYQUAD™ (0.001%) to maintain product integrity. SYSTANE Complete Preservative-Free offers dry eye relief without preservatives and is available in a multi-dose bottle featuring PureFlow™ technology.

Ingredients
Propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, mineral oil, dimyristoyl phosphatidylglycerol, polyoxyl 40 stearate, sorbitan tristearate, boric acid, sorbitol, edetate disodium, POLYQUAD™ (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% preservative, purified water.
May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
