Contactless Curbside Pickup
We are taking many precautionary measures to prevent the transfer of COVID-19 to you and your loved ones.
As healthcare providers, we take the global concern about COVID-19 very seriously. We are doing whatever it takes to ensure that both your eye and overall health needs are attended to at this time. Social distancing should not compromise your ability to see clearly.
We are happy to now offer contactless curbside pickup at most of our locations. All you need to do is call the clinic upon arrival, and your product will be delivered to you outside in a tray or basket. All glasses and contact lenses are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a member of our team before being delivered, including frames, lenses, cases and boxes.
If you receive your glasses and they do not fit properly, please contact us by phone or email and we will do everything we can to address your concern. We will assess on a case-by-case basis whether it is safe to drop them off at the clinic, or if we will need to schedule an appointment once regular operations resume.
It is of utmost importance that you feel supported by FYidoctors throughout these unprecedented times. If you have any inquiries regarding your eye health, including prescription or eyewear needs, please know that we are here to answer them anytime by phone or email.

Meet Our Optometrists
Anju Clement
Anju Clement
Dr. Clement graduated from the University of Waterloo’s Optometry program with honours in 1996. During her training she also completed an externship for ocular eye disease at a vitreo-retinal institutein Memphis, Tennessee. This training gave her valuable experience in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases.In 1999, she began practicing part-time with Dr. Cole at Cobourg Vision Care, Partners of FYidoctors. She enjoyed it so much that in 2019 she took ownership of the practice and is now the Lead OD.
Dr. Clement is fully trained in the co-management of laser corrective surgery and is affiliated with TLC and Herzig Eye Institute. She’s a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists. In 2005, she received the Clinical Excellence Award from Herzig Eye Institute in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the Co-Management of Cataract & Refractive Surgery.
Annie Hsia
Annie Hsia
Dr. Annie Hsia graduated from the University of Waterloo's School of Optometry with honours in 2009. She completed her externship in ocular disease at the Bochner Eye Institute in Toronto. She has also served as a clinic supervisor and exam assessor for the University of Waterloo's International Optometric Bridging Program. She joined Cobourg Vision Care, Partners of FYidoctors as an associate in 2011.
Dr. Hsia has a special interest in children's vision and the treatment and management of ocular diseases. She is accepting new patients and looks forward to meeting the visual needs of you and your family.
