For more than 75 years, Tisdale Eye Care Centre has been proud to serve the families of Tisdale and surrounding communities with trusted, personalized eye care. As a locally owned and operated clinic in the heart of Northeast Saskatchewan, our practice has always been built on strong community roots, lasting patient relationships, and a commitment to helping every patient see clearly and live confidently.
Located in the Northeast Healthplex, attached to the local hospital, we provide full-scope optometry services for patients of all ages, from children’s first eye exams to senior eye health and ongoing ocular disease management. Our clinic combines compassionate, family-focused care with advanced diagnostic technology, allowing us to deliver complete vision solutions with confidence and precision.
Led by Dr. Heather Hunter, Optometrist and Owner, our team is dedicated to maintaining the high standard of care our community has trusted for generations. Designer Frames & Lenses
We carry a wide selection of designer frames and lenses from the top brands you know and love. Our staff will help you find the perfect pair of glasses to fit your style and budget.
Contact Lens Fittings
Our doctors are experts in fitting all types of contact lenses, including soft, hard, and specialty lenses. We also offer fittings for patients with astigmatism and presbyopia.
Retinal Imaging
Ultra-wide field imaging allows your doctor to see more of your retina all at once, so they can pick up on the earliest signs of disease.
Myopia Control
Myopia, or nearsightedness, is a common vision condition that can worsen over time. Our optometrists can provide myopia control treatments to slow down the progression of the condition and prevent further vision loss.
Emergency Care
We offer emergency eye care services for patients experiencing eye injuries, infections, or sudden vision changes. After hours, please visit your nearest emergency department.
